My take is that it is possible for an inmate to have a cellphone in his or her possession but this is a different case scenario where you are arrested by the police while you're chilling in your house with your girlfriend not expecting any arrest because you're not guilty. Now the question is if the police alleges that they didn't search him what was their motive and why are they not arrested for failing to execute their duties

NO MORE is it going to be called So and So's Court room. EVEN Judges are SERVANT'S to the Citizens and they don't have their OWN Courts. May we NEVER see a judge like Ratha EVER again.

An arrested person is searched twice: 1. Upon arrest and whatever is found upon him could he taken in as exhibit.(Arresting Officer) 2. When he is locked up in the or at the Police Station before taken to the cells (searched by Charge Office Personnel)
